How long does delivery take?

2-5 working days from dispatch. You'll get a tracking email once shipped. UK only for now.

Can I return my order?

Contact us within 14 days. Unopened products in original condition get a full refund.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log into your account and go to My Subscriptions, or just email us - we'll cancel it for you immediately.

My order hasn't arrived - what do I do?

Check the tracking email first. If it's been more than 7 working days, contact us and we'll sort it.

Are your products suitable for vegans?

Resin is vegan. Honey Sticks contain organic honey - not vegan, but suitable for vegetarians.

I have a medical condition - is it safe?
